NetSuite to Klaviyo Customer Lifecycle Sync
Klaviyo profiles and segments are built from NetSuite purchases net of returns, customer value, product history and replenishment timing, with cancellations, disputes and invalid consent suppressed before a flow can send.
Marketing acts on what the storefront knows. The storefront knows an order was placed. It does not reliably know that the order was cancelled in the ERP two days later, that half of it came back as a return, that the invoice is in dispute or that this customer's real lifetime value is a third of what the order history suggests.
Without this integration, Klaviyo segments are built on storefront data alone. A win-back flow goes to someone who returned everything they bought. A loyalty tier is awarded on revenue that was refunded. A replenishment reminder lands for a product the customer sent back. Each of those is small on its own. Together they teach the customer that the brand is not paying attention.
With the integration running, IntelliPaaS updates Klaviyo profiles and segments from NetSuite rather than from the storefront. Purchases net of returns, customer value, product history and replenishment timing all come from the system holding the finished financial picture. Customers carrying a cancelled order, an unresolved dispute or a consent record that is missing or withdrawn are suppressed before a flow can reach them.

Why deploy this use case
Customer value in Klaviyo reflects what was kept and paid for rather than what was ordered, so tiers and thresholds rest on money the business actually holds.
A return recorded in NetSuite updates the profile, so a win-back or a review request never reaches someone who sent the product back.
An unresolved dispute holds the customer out of marketing flows until it is settled, rather than the brand chasing an upsell in the middle of an argument.
An order cancelled in the ERP after the storefront confirmed it is removed from the profile rather than quietly inflating the customer's history.
Reorder timing is derived from what the customer kept and when they bought it, which is a figure the storefront cannot work out on its own.
A profile whose consent record is missing or withdrawn is suppressed at source, so the decision is not left to each individual flow to get right.

Questions teams ask
How do I integrate NetSuite with Klaviyo?
Connect both accounts to IntelliPaaS and run this Integration Pack, a prebuilt workflow between NetSuite and Klaviyo. Purchases, returns, customer value, product history and replenishment timing from NetSuite update Klaviyo profiles and segments. Customers carrying a cancellation, a dispute or an invalid consent record are suppressed. No custom development is required.
How does the NetSuite to Klaviyo Customer Lifecycle Sync integration work?
IntelliPaaS watches NetSuite for purchases, returns, credits, cancellations, disputes and consent changes. Each one updates the matching Klaviyo profile with figures net of returns, then segment membership is recalculated from those figures rather than from storefront order counts. A profile that fails a suppression rule is held out of flows until the underlying record changes.
Does the NetSuite to Klaviyo sync happen in real time?
Yes. The agent runs on every qualifying event in NetSuite, so a return or a dispute reaches Klaviyo within moments rather than in an overnight batch. Timing is the point of this pack: a flow should not send before the profile knows about the return. Runs can also be scheduled or started by hand.
What's included in the NetSuite Klaviyo Customer Lifecycle Sync Integration Pack?
The pack covers profile updates from NetSuite purchases, returns, customer value and product history, replenishment timing derived from those purchases, segment recalculation and the suppression rules for cancelled orders, unresolved disputes and invalid consent. The thresholds and the field mapping are included and editable. The full flow is set out on this page.
Do I need a developer to set up the NetSuite Klaviyo integration?
No. The trigger, the agent logic and the actions ship preconfigured, so setup is connecting your NetSuite and Klaviyo accounts and confirming which NetSuite fields feed which Klaviyo properties. Everything after that is adjusted from the IntelliPaaS dashboard. Most teams are live the same day.
How much does the NetSuite Klaviyo integration cost?
The NetSuite to Klaviyo Customer Lifecycle Sync Integration Pack is priced per month. The current rate is shown on this page. Full plan details and what each tier includes are on the IntelliPaaS pricing page.
Can I change which customers get suppressed?
Yes. The suppression rules are configurable: which dispute statuses count as unresolved, how long a cancelled order keeps a profile out of flows and which consent states are treated as valid. Every field mapped between NetSuite and Klaviyo is editable. Your own conditions, filters and transformations can be layered on inside the Integration Pack.
What happens if a NetSuite to Klaviyo sync fails?
A failed run is retried automatically. Anything still unresolved is held in a review queue with the full error trace attached and the team is alerted, so a profile that did not update is visible rather than silently stale. Once the cause is fixed the record is replayed.
