HiBob's MCP integration is in beta, and its authentication model is the thing to plan around: rather than per-user OAuth, it uses a Bob service user token passed as HTTP Basic auth, which means the permission set granted to that one service user determines everything any connected agent can see or change. Scoping it deliberately is the whole security exercise — an over-granted service user hands every agent user org-wide HR data. What authentication does the connector use?
