IntelliPaaS has passed 80 out-of-the-box ROLLER integration use cases, and new ones are added every month. Together they connect ROLLER, the booking and venue-management platform used by more than 3,000 venues worldwide, to the accounting, ecommerce, CRM, marketing and guest-communication systems operators already run.
Every use case is a ready-made pack: no build, no engineering time, managed by IntelliPaaS from $12 per use case a month. Operators pick the workflows they need and switch them on.

What connects to ROLLER
The 80-plus use cases span the systems venues depend on:
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage 200, MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
- Ecommerce: Shopify and BigCommerce.
- CRM and marketing: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign.
- Guest communication: WhatsApp, SMS services and Freshdesk.
- Back office: Google Workspace including Sheets and Drive, Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence.
How operators use it
Each pack ships with the trigger, the mapping and the logic already configured, so a venue connects its ROLLER account and the target system, confirms the details, and the workflow runs against its own data. There is nothing to build and nothing to deploy.
Pricing starts at $12 per use case a month and scales through bundles as a venue adds more, so operators start with the one or two workflows that hurt most and grow from there. New use cases land every month.
