Lead Integration Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Integration Developer to join our engineering team directly — taking ownership of the integration endpoints and services that power the IntelliPaaS platform. In this role, you will: Design and build robust integration endpoints and backend services using Groovy and Python. Develop and maintain connectors, data flows, and orchestration logic across enterprise and cloud platforms. Take a lead role in architectural decisions around integrations, setting standards and patterns for the team. Work closely with our product and professional services teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Mentor and guide other developers on integration best practices. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our platform's reliability, performance, and extensibility.
